About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests to ensure a comfortable dining experience
- Inform guests of specials, menu changes, and provide genuine recommendations
- Answer questions regarding food, beverages, ingredients, and cooking preparations
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the wine and beer list
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system
- Deliver orders from the kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner
- Perform required side work and maintain clean service areas
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
- Prepare final bills, process payments, and handle credit card charges accurately
- Assist fellow servers and bussers with clearing and resetting tables
Requirements
