Server

Responsibilities

• Welcome all tables with a warm and friendly greeting
• Take accurate food orders and serve food and beverages across multiple restaurant venues
• Provide menu recommendations based on guest preferences
• Promptly and accurately close checks
• Maintain a neat and orderly appearance according to established standards
• Complete related tasks and side work as assigned
• Communicate resident and guest concerns to management
• Assist in maintaining departmental sanitation standards

Requirements

• Excellent interaction and communication skills
• Strong hospitality service skills and passion for people
• English language proficiency
• Ability to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant
• 2+ years of server experience in an upscale restaurant
• Level 4 LobsterInk Certification
• Event server knowledge and experience
• Foundational level of wine knowledge
