Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and nutritional snacks for residents
• Set up meal service areas and perform general cleaning in the work area
• Prepare alternative meal choices for residents with special dietary requirements
• Verify resident trays to ensure they receive the correct specially prepared meals
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the dining experience

Requirements

• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with residents
• Strong teamwork skills and a supportive attitude toward colleagues
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized approach to tasks
• Availability for 2nd shift (4-hour shifts), including every other weekend and every other holiday
