About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop server applications for gaming network services including messaging, voice chat, score rankings, and matchmaking
- Engage in the full development lifecycle: requirement definition, design, coding, and testing
- Collaborate with client development teams and global organizations
- Perform DevOps tasks for live service operations
- Work within a Scrum agile framework to deliver high-scale network services
Requirements
- 3+ years of server-side or backend development experience
- Fundamental knowledge of computer science
- Ability to communicate in Japanese for daily operations and documentation
- Willingness to communicate in English for global collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- Development experience using Java or other programming languages
- Experience with AWS SDK
- Experience in team development or team leadership
- Interest in global, large-scale service development
