Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to customers
• Respond to customer requests promptly
• Set up the restaurant and perform cleaning duties
• Take orders and ensure clarity of transmission to the kitchen
• Provide high-quality service following restaurant standards
• Monitor customer well-being constantly
• Ensure hygiene and safety rules are respected
• Handle dish and glassware organization
• Apply opening and closing procedures
• Prepare and set up room service trays
• Assist with bar service or banquet/seminar events as needed
• Maintain perfect customer confidentiality
