Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and deliver items in a timely, professional manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns
• Process guest payments accurately, including cash, credit, and loyalty rewards
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned sections, side stations, and the dining room
• Complete opening, side work, and closing duties according to company standards
• Comply with all food handling, sanitation, and local alcohol service regulations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure service accuracy

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 25 lbs
