Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service
• Provide food and beverage recommendations based on deep product knowledge
• Utilize seat-specific ordering to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Enter information accurately into the POS system
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned section and dining areas
• Follow all food safety standards and contamination prevention methods
• Manage special requests and guest allergies with care
• Complete opening, closing, and side-duties efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a similar environment
• Valid Smart Serve Certification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
