Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide exceptional hospitality
• Serve water, coffee, and beverages promptly
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
• Garnish and present menu items according to restaurant standards
• Anticipate guest needs by checking on tables throughout the dining experience
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
• Reset and prepare tables for the next guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
