About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile and provide exceptional hospitality
- Serve water, coffee, and beverages promptly
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
- Deliver food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
- Garnish and present menu items according to restaurant standards
- Anticipate guest needs by checking on tables throughout the dining experience
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Reset and prepare tables for the next guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
