Server

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Serve meals and drinks with attention to timing and guest satisfaction
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
• Process payments using POS systems
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure service accuracy
• Monitor guest needs and respond quickly to requests
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements

• Prior serving experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and friendly, professional demeanor
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must become DLC certified to serve alcohol responsibly
• Ability to lift 10-20 lbs and stand for long periods
