Responsibilities

• Perform full dining room service from guest welcome to departure
• Provide table service, order taking, and payment processing
• Explain the restaurant concept and menu to guests
• Promote and sell beverages and desserts to increase sales
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and organization
• Master order-taking and POS software
• Maintain a high standard of service and atmosphere through personalized guest interaction

Requirements

• Experience in table service
• Fluency in French and English
• Proficiency with common IT and POS tools
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and ability to manage stress effectively
• Commitment to environmental sustainability and inclusive service
