Responsibilities

• Perform full dining room service from guest welcome to departure
• Provide table service, order taking, and payment processing
• Explain the restaurant concept and menu to guests
• Promote and sell beverages and desserts to increase sales
• Contribute to opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and organization
• Master order-taking and POS software

Requirements

• Experience in table service
• Fluency in French and English
• Proficiency with common IT tools
• Strong organizational and rigor skills
• Positive attitude and ability to manage stress
• Awareness of environmental issues
