Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, energetic hospitality
• Guide guests through the menu, explaining dishes and ingredients
• Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate modifications
• Deliver food and beverages quickly following service standards
• Anticipate guest needs such as refills and dietary questions
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Use POS technology and handhelds accurately
• Support community events and off-site catering

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–10 hours)
• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs
• ServSafe and Alcohol Service training as required by law
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Availability to meet company needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spanish
• Knowledge of Tequila and Mezcal flavor profiles and pairings
