About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide an exclusive premium service experience to members of VIP areas, serving food and beverages during live events
- Demonstrate complete understanding of food and beverage offerings to make appropriate recommendations
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process orders and execute upselling in real time
- Coordinate with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to ensure seamless guest satisfaction
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and jovial atmosphere while working in a high-volume environment
Requirements
- Smart Serve Certification and at least 19 years of age
- Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in a premium, fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of various spirits, beers, wines, and champagnes
- Experience using POS systems (Appetize experience is an asset)
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for long periods and maneuver trays through large crowds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in bottle service or casual fine dining
- Proven ability to meet daily sales incentives through upselling
