Responsibilities

• Provide an exclusive premium service experience to VIP guests, serving food and beverages during live events
• Demonstrate complete understanding of food and beverage offerings to make appropriate recommendations
• Utilize Point of Sales (POS) systems to process orders and execute upselling in real time
• Coordinate with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to ensure seamless station management and guest satisfaction
• Maintain a high level of hospitality while maneuvering trays through large, high-volume crowds

Requirements

• Smart Serve Certification and at least 19 years of age
• Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in a premium, fast-paced environment (bottle service or casual fine dining experience is an asset)
• Strong knowledge of various spirits, beers, wines, and champagnes
• Proficiency with POS systems (Appetize experience is a plus)
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for long periods during scheduled shifts
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members
