Server

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide detailed information about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and organized manner
• Promote additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned tables and dining areas
• Process guest payments accurately via cash or electronic transactions
• Follow all restaurant health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings
