Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service following the "3-steps of service" (warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells)
• Greet members by name and maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality
• Execute orders in a timely manner with complete knowledge of the à la carte menu, daily features, and specials
• Handle member and guest complaints using service recovery techniques to ensure prompt resolution
• Complete daily assignments and side work to ensure work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience and support overall club operations
• Follow all safety guidelines and club standards for cleanliness and organization

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in food and beverage service
• Current Food Handler Certification
• Current Alcohol Server Certification
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively
