Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat diners comfortably in the dining section
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and correct delivery of orders
• Memorize the menu to provide detailed information and recommendations to guests
• Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a memorable dining experience
• Assist with tidying tables, clearing leftovers, and maintaining a neat dining area

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High level of stamina to work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Prior experience in a food-service establishment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
