Responsibilities

• Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering items efficiently
• Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining heartfelt and high-quality service
• Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and suggest upselling unique menu items
• Accurately take and place orders using the POS system and handle billing
• Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings
• Ensure dining outlets are tidy, organized, and follow safe food handling procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications, such as a food handlers certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working at a luxury hospitality property
