Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a "customer comes first" attitude
• Maintain a calm demeanor and high energy during high-volume periods
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for products
• Promote Amorino's culture and values through integrity and honesty
• Perform various tasks during shifts, including preparing desserts and handling cash
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward the team

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• High energy and a strong work ethic
• Ability to be a fast learner and build relationships with customers
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to meet store operating policies and standards

Preferred Qualifications

• No previous experience is required as full training and supervision will be provided
