Server Gelato Artist

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a "customer comes first" attitude
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for products
• Promote a positive attitude toward customers and team members
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Evaluate the store environment and customer needs constantly
• Reinforce team goals through existing organizational methods

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• High energy, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to be a fast learner and perform various tasks during a shift
• Ability to meet store operating policies regarding cash handling and product quality

Preferred Qualifications

• No previous experience is required as full training and supervision will be provided
