Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service with a "customer comes first" attitude
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and desserts according to brand standards
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-volume periods
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for food handling
• Perform various tasks during each shift to support store operations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store operating policies
• Promote a positive attitude toward both customers and team members
