Responsibilities

• Perform bar setup and preparation tasks
• Welcome customers following group procedures
• Advise customers on beverage choices and promote establishment services
• Ensure high-quality service to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Receive products, monitor stock levels, and identify replenishment needs
• Participate in bar animations and events
• Keep customers informed about upcoming events and visits
