About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and memorable service to guests in restaurants, dining halls, and during events
- Greet and seat guests, present menus and drinks, and recommend dishes
- Take orders and serve food and beverages using correct techniques
- Ensure tables are properly set and handle payments
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct timing and delivery
- Contribute to a positive team climate and assist with bar duties or setting up/clearing tables as needed
Requirements
- Service-oriented, attentive, and professional demeanor
- Structured, thorough, and quality-focused
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexible and able to handle stress during high-tempo periods
- Knowledge or experience in serving or restaurant work is meritorious
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety routines (HACCP)
- Proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- B-driver's license is meritorious
