Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional, and memorable service to guests in restaurants, dining halls, and during events
• Greet and seat guests, present menus and drinks, and recommend dishes
• Take orders and serve food and beverages using correct techniques
• Ensure tables are properly set and handle payments
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct timing and delivery
• Contribute to a positive team climate and assist with bar duties or setting up/clearing tables as needed

Requirements

• Service-oriented, attentive, and professional demeanor
• Structured, thorough, and quality-focused
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible and able to handle stress during high-tempo periods
• Knowledge or experience in serving or restaurant work is meritorious
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety routines (HACCP)
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• B-driver's license is meritorious
