Server/Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and drink orders
• Provide dining room service, including wine service at the table
• Prepare drinks and cocktails
• Clear tables and manage dining area cleanliness
• Perform dishwashing and clean sanitary facilities
• Assist with breakfast buffet setup at the end of service

Requirements

• Serious, organized, and highly autonomous professional
• Ability to manage service independently
• Previous experience in catering or restaurant service is preferred
