About the role
Responsibilities
- Promptly and warmly greet guests and take food and beverage orders efficiently
- Deliver food professionally while maintaining safe food-handling and sanitation standards
- Maintain full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and specialized diets
- Communicate clearly with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders
- Handle tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining environment through opening, service, and closing side work
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to a supervisor when needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years serving experience in a high-volume, service-driven restaurant environment
- Flexible availability for AM and PM shifts, including weekends
- Strong teamwork, professionalism, and a hospitality-first mindset
- Working knowledge of classic cocktails, foundational wine varietals, and beer styles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
