Server & Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement cloud-based solutions aligned with business goals
• Develop and support IT infrastructure solutions with high availability and scalability
• Act as a Level 3/4 subject matter expert for server and cloud-related issues
• Maintain IT security architecture standards and implement security measures
• Manage physical and virtual servers for optimal performance
• Ensure timely renewal and compliance of hardware maintenance contracts and licenses
• Implement and regularly test disaster recovery plans

Requirements

• Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related IT discipline
• Certifications in Azure or AWS Cloud planning, design, security, and administration
• Experience as a cloud infrastructure architect or specialist in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud models
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Hypervisor systems (VMWARE)
• Knowledge of Checkpoint or Fortigate Firewall management
• Familiarity with Office365/Entra, Windows Active Directory, SCCM, and Azure/EMC Storage/Backup
