Server (Breakfast)

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and engaging breakfast service to all guests throughout their dining experience
• Remain attentive to guest preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions to provide thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including daily specials and seasonal changes
• Set table settings ensuring high standards of presentation, organization, and cleanliness
• Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation practices in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with front and heart-of-house colleagues to ensure timely and smooth service
• Keep workstations clean, orderly, and well-stocked

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar service role
• Experience in upscale dining or a high-standard resort setting
• Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Micros)
• Ability to lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in high-altitude environments and extreme weather conditions (snow, ice, rain, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
