Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and manage guest interactions in a high-energy environment
• Communicate effectively with customers to assist with food and beverage selections
• Transmit orders to the bar and kitchen, noting special dietary needs or requests
• Manage tables and ensure an exceptional overall dining experience
• Prepare stations before opening and closing shifts and complete scheduled side work

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Possession of all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
