Responsibilities

  • Provide genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experiences by managing tables and assisting guests with food and beverage selections
  • Communicate effectively with customers to help them navigate the menu and identify special dietary needs or requests
  • Transmit accurate orders to the bar and kitchen
  • Prepare stations before opening and closing shifts and complete scheduled side work
  • Maintain a professional, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude in a high-energy environment

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must possess all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by the location
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends
