Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experiences for all guests
• Manage tables and communicate effectively with customers regarding food and beverage selections
• Transmit accurate orders to the bar and kitchen, noting special dietary needs or requests
• Prepare stations before opening and closing shifts and complete scheduled side work
• Maintain a professional, outgoing, and enthusiastic attitude in a high-energy environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must possess all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by the location
• Ability to work in environments with loud noise and varying temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality
