About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide genuine hospitality and manage guest dining experiences in a high-energy environment
- Communicate effectively with customers to assist with food and beverage selections
- Manage tables and ensure an exceptional overall guest experience
- Transmit orders accurately to the bar and kitchen, noting special dietary needs or requests
- Prepare stations before opening and closing shifts and complete scheduled side work
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must possess all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
- Availability to work a varied schedule, including weekends
- Ability to work in environments with loud noise and varying temperatures
