Responsibilities

• Provide genuine hospitality and manage guest dining experiences in a high-energy environment
• Communicate effectively with customers to assist with food and beverage selections
• Manage tables and ensure an exceptional overall guest experience
• Transmit orders accurately to the bar and kitchen, noting special dietary needs or requests
• Prepare stations before opening and closing shifts and complete scheduled side work

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Must possess all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by location
• Availability to work a varied schedule, including weekends
• Ability to work in environments with loud noise and varying temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in food service or hospitality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic personality
