About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide genuine hospitality and exceptional dining experiences through positive guest interactions
- Manage tables and oversee the overall guest experience in a high-energy environment
- Communicate effectively with customers to assist with food and beverage selections
- Transmit accurate orders to the bar and kitchen, noting special dietary needs or requests
- Prepare stations before opening and closing shifts and complete scheduled side work
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Must possess all required food and alcohol certifications as designated by the location
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year experience in food service or hospitality
