Server

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging guests and describing food and beverage options
• Take accurate orders and efficiently deliver food to tables
• Inform guests of daily specials, promotions, and make menu suggestions
• Utilize up-selling techniques to enhance the dining experience
• Process payments and operate the Point of Sales (POS) system
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate to management when necessary
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Effective English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand and remain mobile for shifts up to eight hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server or in a restaurant setting
