Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience through professional interaction and adherence to steps of service
• Provide food and beverage recommendations based on deep product knowledge
• Answer guest questions regarding menu items, wine, and restaurant services
• Utilize seat-specific ordering to ensure accurate food delivery
• Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergy prevention standards
• Complete opening, closing, and side-duties efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of serving experience in a similar environment
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of food and beverage product knowledge
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work morning shifts starting at 7 AM
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
