Server, Banquets

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive, and personable service to guests during weddings, conferences, and other high-end events
• Remain attentive to guest preferences and offer personalized recommendations to elevate the dining experience
• Collaborate with front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure timely and seamless service
• Support the setup and breakdown of banquet spaces according to event specifications and manager instructions
• Set tables, serve plated food and beverages, and bus dishes while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Uphold strict hygiene and safety practices in compliance with all health regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage service role
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift and carry loads weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and high altitudes, including exposure to extreme weather conditions such as snow, ice, and wind
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and bend for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a banquet or events setting
• Experience working within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in fast-paced, high-demand situations
