Responsibilities

• Provide graceful and efficient food and beverage service, including proper steps of service and discreet table maintenance
• Prepare food and beverage offerings with beautiful presentation and unwavering attention to detail
• Ensure service stations are stocked, organized, and supplies are accessible to Kitchen and Service teams
• Execute setup, breakdown, and daily needs for service opening, transitions, and closing
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in member-facing areas, the kitchen, and hospitality storage
• Communicate effectively with medical and hospitality teams with grace and foresight
• Cultivate strong, caring relationships with members, vendors, staff, and neighboring businesses
• Support the housekeeping team with the maintenance of member spaces and removal of linens or trash

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in the hospitality service industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a calm demeanor
• Proficiency in English to understand member requests and ensure satisfaction
• Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Familiarity with menu items, including allergens and standard operational procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining environments
