Server Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly, and thoughtful service while supporting the Front of House team
• Support service team with table and floor maintenance, including water service, resetting tables, and running food
• Maintain clean, fully set, and guest-ready dining areas according to restaurant standards
• Stock and replenish service stations with glassware, silverware, condiments, and linens
• Maintain sanitation standards by stocking cleaning supplies, sanitizer buckets, and clean towels
• Complete opening and closing duties in accordance with departmental checklists
• Respond to guest requests by communicating promptly with servers or management

Requirements

• Must obtain New Mexico Food Handlers Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to stand and walk for 90-100% of the shift in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant or guest service environment
• Ambition to grow and cultivate into higher positions within the company
