Server Assistant

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service consistent with Accor standards
• Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar operations
• Set, reset, and maintain dining tables and bar seating to luxury standards
• Deliver food and beverages accurately with proper timing and presentation
• Anticipate guest needs by refilling beverages and clearing courses
• Polish and stock glassware, flatware, and service equipment
• Support large parties, private events, and banquet-style service
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, bars, and service stations

Requirements

• Previous service experience is an asset
• Previous point of sale system experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk throughout a shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
