• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly

• Assist with restocking and cleaning as needed
• Handle transactions efficiently with a positive attitude
• Engage and communicate clearly with guests using the highest standard of hospitality
• Receive and apply feedback effectively

Requirements

• Previous serving experience required
• Availability for nights and weekends
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialty coffee experience
