At Ascension Coffee, we are passionate about sourcing and roasting the world’s finest coffee with a focus on supporting women farmers. Our cafés deliver an exceptional culinary and hospitality experience, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with genuine hospitality
• Take guest's drink and food orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
• Suggest different drinks, appetizers and meals to customers based on the menu and coffee
• Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all customer concerns
• Confirm orders with the baristas, chefs and bartenders whenever a clarification is requested
• Assist with setting and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties

Requirements

• One year of high volume server experience
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to utilize a restaurant POS software platform is a plus
