Responsibilities

• Confirm station assignment and complete daily opening checklists
• Maintain full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods
• Provide engaging, personalized, and efficient service to guests
• Maintain an atmosphere of aloha spirit while remaining calm and courteous

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in high volume, upscale full service restaurants preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Must possess Maui County Liquor Card, Hawaii Food Safety Certification, and TB Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous fine dining experience
• Wine knowledge
• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism
