New Life Ranch is a mission-driven organization dedicated to proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equipping believers for ministry. Our staff is highly relational, working together to serve God, our guests, and our campers.

Responsibilities

• Help run and facilitate activities for groups, including life-guarding, target sports, and high ropes
• Assist with meal preparation, service, and cleanup
• Open, run, restock, and close the canteen for groups as needed
• Perform regular cleaning of motels, cabins, and meeting spaces
• Assist in maintaining grounds and facilities around camp

Requirements

• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ with evidence of a consistent daily walk
• Strong desire to grow as a leader
• Professionalism in communication, hygiene, dress, and attitude
• Self-led with ability to manage Google calendar and emails
• Patience, flexibility, and a servant's heart
• Ability to interact well with people of various ages
• Ability to perform physically demanding work
