Series Life Project Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFQ process, including supplier selection, proposal analysis, and negotiation to meet QCT (Quality, Cost, Time) objectives
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and business requirements
• Coordinate with business teams and category buyers to present supplier recommendations to management
• Manage the purchasing cycle by creating orders, tracking payments, and ensuring timely supplier compensation
• Support the Program Purchasing Leader in cross-functional coordination and project monitoring

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Purchasing, Business, or Engineering
• Intermediate level of English (B2/C1)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a rigorous and determined manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP and Power BI
• Intermediate level of Spanish
