Responsibilities

• Serge samples for customer distribution using a serging machine
• Operate cut table machines and other cutting equipment to create samples from carpet rolls
• Heat seal labels to correctly identify each sample
• Review work orders with high attention to detail to select correct samples
• Process sample returns and help manage sample inventory

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-related experience in fabric, carpet, or manufacturing
• Experience driving a forklift or pole truck
