Responsibilities

• Drive online growth for a diverse range of B2B clients from strategy to execution
• Optimize for AI-driven search and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Translate how content is surfaced in LLMs into actionable SEO strategies
• Manage internal and external stakeholders by turning briefs into actionable plans
• Analyze data and present findings in a clear, understandable way
• Take ownership of projects while collaborating effectively with teams and clients

Requirements

• 4 years of relevant SEO experience, ideally in B2B, fast-scaling, or agency environments
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven search optimization
• Understanding of how SEO contributes to broader growth goals
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Growth mindset with a focus on testing and continuous improvement
