Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine global SEO and GEO strategy to enhance organic search performance
• Conduct website audits, keyword research, and competitive analysis
• Define localized SEO/GEO guidelines for multilingual and multi-market contexts
• Collaborate with tech, UX, and ecommerce teams to integrate SEO best practices
• Monitor site performance, rankings, and KPIs with monthly reporting
• Produce and oversee digital content including product descriptions and campaign pages
• Partner with paid media, CRM, and retail teams to build synergies between channels

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in SEO, GEO marketing, and content strategy
• Experience in fashion, luxury, or e-commerce industries preferred
• Fluency in English; French proficiency is an asset
• Proven track record managing multilingual/multi-market SEO projects
• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and Shopify
• Strong analytical mindset and creative storytelling skills
