SEO/AEO Strategist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies for traditional and AI-powered search
• Manage large-scale AI-assisted content refresh initiatives
• Identify and optimize high-impact content based on search demand and conversion potential
• Ensure content aligns with E-E-A-T principles in YMYL categories
• Own SEO and AEO performance reporting and dashboard maintenance
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify content gaps
• Partner with clinical and editorial experts to improve content authority

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth
• Experience managing large-scale editorial ecosystems
• Experience in YMYL environments (healthcare, finance, legal, etc.)
• Strong understanding of E-E-A-T and search quality frameworks
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and GA4
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mental health, healthcare, or telehealth content
• Experience building AI-powered, human-in-the-loop workflows
• Experience with Looker Studio or Tableau
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
