SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Conduct keyword research to guide content creation and product/category optimization
• Optimize website structure, metadata, and internal linking for maximum visibility
• Monitor, audit, and improve site performance including speed, indexing, and mobile optimization
• Implement link-building strategies and manage partner relationships for backlinks
• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs to track performance and identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across campaigns
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and e-commerce best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of SEO experience, ideally within e-commerce or digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Screaming Frog
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics and CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
