SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website performance
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities
• Perform on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, header tags, internal linking, and content recommendations
• Execute off-page SEO activities, including link-building campaigns and authority-building initiatives
• Conduct regular technical SEO audits to resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, site speed, and structured data
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and other SEO platforms
• Optimize websites for emerging search technologies including AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets
• Prepare and present regular SEO performance reports covering rankings, traffic, and conversions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Moz
• Understanding of HTML and CSS basics for SEO-friendly coding practices
• Experience with schema markup and structured data implementation
• Familiarity with Google algorithm updates and AI-driven search developments
