SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, URLs, and internal linking structures
• Perform technical SEO audits focusing on site speed, indexing, and crawl issues
• Monitor and report on website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Build quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO improvements
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in SEO
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
• Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably WordPress
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Local SEO and B2B SEO strategies
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and PPC
• Understanding of UX principles and conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and mobile SEO
